Problems with the draws, caused by inaccurate information in sporty Hq. Since it's a small squash community, a little bit of attention on seeding, especially for the top 4 players in a draw is really important. And if the "confidence factor" in Sporty Hq is 0% for a player, this really needs to be considered when doing the draws.

There were too many people in the tournament given that Jericho only has four courts. The fact that there were matches scheduled to start at 10:30PM on Friday isn't acceptable. There was a match still going on at midnight on Friday given the fact that matches were over an hour behind schedule. For future tournaments I think the number of participants needs to be capped given the number of courts available.

Assuming 5 stars is excellent? ?
More knowledgeable volunteers. Girl on court control Saturday didn't know what to do...needed more training. Scheduling 30 minute court time was too tight causing ludicrous delays.
Kitchen needs more pick up food Saturday after 3...

Great tournament and very well run, thanks Dana!

Level of competition was great with a deep 'A' draw. Although it was only a 2 match guarantee the value for money was still there with the amazing buffet dinner and Sunday finals food.

Thanks!

Problems with the draw. Apparently sportyHQ's fault? The fact that there were 2 open courts on Wednesday and games went until super late on Friday didn't make sense. The reason given was out of towners but there were many in our flight who were locals and we could all have played on wednesday. Food was taken down at 930 PM on Saturday even though matches went until 11- unacceptable. Worse yet there was NO FOOD to be purchased from 2PM onward on saturday at all. That was ridiculous. You have athletes competing in the building. They NEED FOOD. The pro shop was closed at 430 on Saturday- really? When there was an extra 150 people in the club? No only was that an incredible inconvenience for many, it was a lost revenue opportunity for the club. Who is responsible for this? Call out for volunteers didn't happen until 2 days before the tourney started. All in all many of us felt that although a lot of effort was put in during the tourney the planning and execution was the worst we'd ever seen and we were embarrassed for our club.

Playing games at 10:00-11:00pm at night when there were lots of open courts on Wednesday is poor planning. There could of been at least 3-4 matches moved to Wednesday. The 3 matches were from the women's division and said they could of all played on Wednesday.
Closing down the dinner at 9:30pm when there is still matches being played at 8:30pm is poor planning.
